We want you to enrol with confidence. This policy explains when a refund or cancellation is possible for a Lex Mentor course.

Cancellations by you

If you cancel before a course begins, you may be eligible for a refund less any non-refundable registration charges. Once a course has started, refunds are considered on a pro-rata basis at our discretion.

Cancellations by us

If we cancel or reschedule a course, you may choose a full refund or a transfer to the next cohort.

How refunds are made

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within a reasonable period after the request is confirmed.
